This beautiful wood is prominently featured in the modern furnishings, pool deck, window and door frames, kitchen units, stair rails, bathroom vanities, and vaulted roof beams, adding honey-golden, buttery shades of wheat and amber to the interior and garden. The lush greenery, including flowering trees, shrubs, flat lawns, and trailing vines, complements the tropical vibe.
At the heart of Villa Ascarya is the living and dining room, offering the choice of open-air living or air-conditioned comfort. This space is furnished with a dining table for six, a sitting area with a coffee table, cushioned teakwood sofa and chair, and a 40-inch TV with local and international channels. The modern kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar and two highchairs, is perfect for guest use or the personal catering service of a private chef (available at an additional cost).
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, a walk-in shower, and a free-standing bathtub. The two guest bedrooms each have queen-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms with single vanities and walk-in showers.
The swimming pool is bordered by a teakwood deck furnished with two beanbag loungers, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the villa. The Villa Manager, along with a skilled team of three butlers and security staff, is available to address any concerns during your stay.
