The villa's charm is enhanced by the extensive use of sustainably grown teakwood. This beautiful wood, featured in the modern furnishings, pool deck, window and door frames, kitchen units, stair rails, bathroom vanities, and vaulted roof beams, adds warmth and color with its honey-golden, buttery shades of wheat and amber. Lush greenery, including flowering trees, shrubs, flat lawns, and trailing vines, complements the tropical vibe.
The heart of Villa Ayuddha is the living and dining room, offering a choice between open-air living or air-conditioned comfort. This space is furnished with a dining table for six, a sitting area with a coffee table, a cushioned teakwood sofa and chair, and a 40-inch TV with local and international channels. The modern kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar and two highchairs, is ideal for guest use or the personal catering service of a private chef (available at an additional cost).
The master bedroom, located upstairs, features a king-sized bed, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The two guest bedrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs opening directly onto the pool deck—each have queen-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms with single vanities and indoor showers.
The villa's attractive curved swimming pool is bordered by a spacious teakwood deck furnished with two beanbag loungers, perfect for relaxation. Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the villa. The Villa Manager, along with a skilled team of three butlers and security staff, is available to address any concerns during your stay. Guests can enjoy a daily housekeeping service for a worry-free holiday.
