Despite its minimalist approach, the villa radiates warmth and character through the extensive use of sustainably grown teakwood. This material enriches the interiors and garden with honey-golden, buttery shades of wheat and amber. The teakwood is prominently featured in the modern furnishings, pool deck, window and door frames, kitchen units, stair rails, bathroom vanities, and the beams of the vaulted roofs. Complementing the tropical vibe, the lush greenery includes flowering trees, shrubs, a flat lawn, and trailing vines.
The heart of Villa Arthya is the living and dining room, which offers the choice of open-air living or air-conditioned comfort. It is furnished with a dining table for four, a sitting area with a coffee table, cushioned teakwood bench seats, and a 40-inch TV with local and international channels. The modern kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar and two highchairs, is well-suited for guest use or the personal catering service of a private chef (available at an additional cost).
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, a walk-in shower, and a free-standing bathtub. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and indoor shower. The swimming pool, bordered by a teakwood deck and furnished with two beanbag loungers, provides a perfect spot for relaxation.
Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the villa. The Villa Manager, along with a skilled team of three butlers and security staff, is available to address any concerns during your stay.
