  Ground Floor (Shared Bathroom):

• Bedroom 1: 2 queen-size beds (5 ft) – accommodates 4 people (ideal for families with elderly members).

• Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed (6 ft) – accommodates 2 people.
  
  Upper Floor:

• Bedroom 3: 2 king-size beds (6 ft) – accommodates 4 people, sea view.
• Bedroom 4: 1 king-size bed (6 ft) – accommodates 2 people, sea view.
• Bedroom 5: 2 king-size beds (6 ft) – accommodates 4 people.
• Bedroom 6: 2 queen-size beds (5 ft) and 1 king-size bed (6 ft) – accommodates 6 people.
   

• Additional Bedding: Provided in the form of floor mattresses (3.5 feet), with pillows, blankets, and towels.

Villa's Rules

• Noise Control: Outdoor noise allowed until 10 PM; after that, keep windows and doors closed to continue indoor activities
• No Smoking Indoors: A fine of 10,000 THB will be imposed for indoor smoking.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit of 10,000 THB and one ID card or Passport are required upon check-in. These will be returned upon check-out.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to property. Charges will be based on an itemized list provided at check-in.
• Pets: Small pets allowed (Promotion 2 pets stay for free with VACAYANDCO)  If you are bringing your dogs or cats, please provide their bedding and litter boxes. Pets are not allowed on the beds or in the pool.
• Early Check-In: Before 3 PM, 1,000 THB per hour (subject to availability).
• Late Check-Out: After 11 AM, 1,000 THB per hour (subject to availability).
• Kitchen Cleanliness: A fine of 800-2000 THB will be imposed if kitchen appliances and utensils are not cleaned upon check-out.
  • Food Disposal: Please dispose of food waste in provided containers to prevent pests.
• Stained or damaged towels: 500 THB each.
• Stained bedding (sheets, pillowcases, blankets): charged at actual cost.
• No Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once made.
• Utility Outages: In case of power or water outages due to natural disasters or external public utility issues, the property cannot be held responsible as these are beyond our control.
